Joe Stout is the broker and owner of Millenium Realty Group Inc. Located in East Orlando's Avalon Park. He opened Millenium Realty Group in 2003.and names it "The Real Estate Welcome Center" He capitalized on the walk-in traffic and converted them to new home sales in Avalon. That's what was happening in Avalon Park in 2003.
Joe's offices began to grow in numbers. He recruited and managed his office of 125 real estate agents for many years. Agents were attracted to Joe's one-on-one approach to each agent. Instead of teaching classes to a group of agents. Joe's approach was to meet with each individual agent. Millenium Realty's commission splits were different than your average office. He always believed in paying the agents what they are worth. The days of 70/30 split or even 90/10 splits with monthly office fees are in the past.
When the housing market to a downward turn, Joe quickly learned everything he could about short sales and how to work with the banks on closing them fast. For many years he helped families through the housing market crisis. He was hand picked by Freddie Mac Bank to list and service their bank owned portfolio in the Orlando area. For seven years he listed and sold bank onwed properties for Freddie Mac bank. His territory grew from Orange county to Seminole, Volusia and Brevard county. He carried over 100 properties at a time for the banks.
Fast forward to 2017: Bank owned properties and short sales have slowed. The housing market is rebounding strong. Joe is now using all his skills and15 years of expertise of the real estate industry to help families and individuals achieve their dreams of home ownership. He also works with investors and teaches ways to off set cost and generate more incomes on their properties. His office is still hiring real estate agents at better splits than any other company around. He believes in his agents and believes Orlando is the best place on Earth.
